My family stopped at this restaurant on our way back from the train ride towards Denver, and it was one of the highlights of the trip! Everyone loved their food – so many choices, including a build-your-own burrito or quesidilla with unusual and delicious options like sweet potatoes and pulled pork. Lots of fresh salsa choices, too. The service was a little slow, but the food more than made up for it, and the place has tremendous character.
